We understand that support of Data Centers, Points of Presence or any Core Location is highly demanding in terms of an Engineer’s skills, experience, and availability. To answer requirements for robust support in critical places, we have our Technicians based in data centers throughout major locations so we are able to dispatch a technician immediately to fulfill our Client’s operational needs. If not present directly at a Data Center, we provide support from the nearest Technicians’ depot with SLAs up to 24x7x2.

Most typical plans include prepaid credits that can be consumed during the support at any place where Client has its assets, based on the actual time our Data Center engineer spends supporting our Client. We are able to guarantee on-site support assured by up to 24x7x2 and 24x7x4 Service Level Agreements for Client Data Center locations.
Skills and Experience
Our engineers are able to perform various activities, from basic Rack & Stack services to self-dependent troubleshooting and configuration.
