This project was a global one, with technicians required at sites located all over the world that were of varying size and complexity. The client demanded the utmost flexibility to get fully qualified engineers at short notice and to accommodate last-minute changes.
The client is an international chain of full-service hotels and resorts. As of 2010, they had over 530 branded hotels worldwide, in 78 countries across six continents.
With its strong local presence that could service the end-customer’s demands adequately in each country, Neeco delivered and installed 1000+ pieces of hardware at 53 sensitive diplomatic sites around the world for Ministry of Foreign Affairs of a Gulf Country
This delivery company operates more than 250 railcars and dozens of lorries to transport goods within Spain and France.
The Client is a European chain store with about 1,000 establishments in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. Their main product is clothes.
This was a complex project that required helping the client with each stage, from the initial designing of the project, to the ordering and storing of the hardware, to the installation. The tight timelines put further pressure on the successful execution of the project, especially given the large amount of hardware that needed to be installed and the rural locations of many of the sites involved.
This project enabled Neeco’s client to meet the full scope of the end-customer project and to keep the multimillion-dollar contract. The challenge was the nature of the end-customer’s core business, which is maintaining flight simulators.
Neeco was hired to install 3G/4G capable routers at around 900 Shell sites geographically spread out over several countries of Europe. In order to meet the challenging price and timeframe of the project, the end-customer needed trained engineers capable of installing the solution in under an hour.
